During the four years from the victory of Anti-Japanese War to the new China, Chinesecivil aviation had expanded rapidly, at the mean while, it was a period that the aircrashesbroken out excessively. There were seven wreckages in Demobilizing Transportation.Then the high tide of Chinese civil aviation crashes appeared, which eight planeaccidents happened in the two state-owned civil aviation enterprises during at most fiftydays between the end of1946and beginning of1947. These crashes had caused173people died or injured, which led to public psychology panic and consensus boiling.After the reforming and renovating, there were still several accidents happened, althoughthe working environment of civil aviation had improved. Along with the changes of thedomestic situation, the airline companies’ aerobuses lost in new way. At that time,Shanghai was the economic center of China and was also the most important civilaviation airport, which played hinge action during the busy air transportation. Therefore,nearly every aircrashes happened in that time had something to do with this city. Basedon the existing researches, this essay fully used the archives and newspaper, focused onthe three civil aviation airplane crashed in Shanghai in the evening on Christmas Day in1946. After that, it summarized all the civil aviation aircrashes in this time in order todemonstrate a important side of social life.
