Operation Efficient Problems Of The Civil Aviation Research

In recent years, China civil aviation reform has been deepening gradually. The throughout of airport has greatly expanded, and meanwhile the issue of airport management is arousing more and more public's concern. It has been an urgent demand for civil aviation industry to improve its overall capability to manage airport and increase profitability. So in order to do them, actuality analysis of operation in big airport and small medium-sized airport are studied in this article, meanwhile many advanced airports in the world have succeeded in special management, which provide some good experiences for us. So the thesis gives some suggestions for the domestic airport's development, and hopes to improve direction for development of airport.With empirical research methods, there are six Parts in the article. Firstly, it introduces theories basis. The theories of government regulation, efficient, corporate governance and profit relevance are the research basis. Secondly, actuality analysis of operation in big airport and small medium-sized airport are studied, and some problems are brought forward, meanwhile the cases of problems are found, while are basis of practicing problems. Then, introduce the experiences of foreign airport's management. Finally, this article suggests the management of airports must do regulation reform, address the path of commercialization and do well in corporate governance system. It is the most important to practice concession and non-aviation income.This article is to combine government control with the reform of the airport, clearing the government as a role at the airport's operating. At the same time, on the view of the corporate governance, it designated corporate governance system in our airports, and it is best path to practice the commercialization operation model for improving operation efficient problems of the civil aviation.
