Research On The Development Status And The Transformation And Upgrading Tactics Of Stone Industry In Yong He Town, Jin Jiang City

Fujian province is the large province in Chinese stone production. And Yong He town which is in Jin Jiang has the reputation of"Chinese stone town". For this reason, it is practical significance to research the development status of stone industry in this town and make some policy recommendations based on this.On the base of combing the study of stone industry at home and abroad, this paper presents the development status of stone industry by detailed data and analyzes the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threads of this industry by SWOT analysis. The result shows that there is a certain foundation and scale for stone industry development in Yong He town because of abundant stone resources and long history in this industry. But there are some industry problems existed in Yong He town, such as lagging behind in mine construction, too smaller enterprises, lacking of professional and brand awareness. At last, based on the above analysis, some policy recommendations of stone industry transformation and upgrading in Yong He town were presented in this paper, specifically including accelerating industrial upgrading and transformation, establishing medium and small enterprises union, integrating the industry chain, seizing the political opportunities, transforming the market concept, enhancing brand awareness, establishing operations mode of modern organizational management, transforming talent strategy, strengthening government support, maximizing resource utilization, promoting the product competitiveness and so on. Moreover, making use full of the market radiation of West Coast Economic Zone is necessary to deal with the challenge of talent shortage, alternative product and ecological and environmental protection.
