| With the new changes of Chinese economy and environment, land management of the comprehensive agricultural development that has a long history is facing the new task given by the new circumstance. Because of the seriousness of the severe population pressure, the shrinkage of land, the deterioration of ecological environment and other problems, which makes reasonable use and the improvement of land resources presented out again. Due to reasons of the narrow coverage, the inconspicuous effects and weak function, land management in the past has difficulties in playing its role and being accepted. Therefore, paying attention to the land management and the development of comprehensive agriculture will be one of focus of three Rural Issues.As a positive the project benefits for famers, the land management project of comprehensive agricultural development only starts from the development of agriculture, the reality of rural economy and the perspective of farmers can be effective and sustainable. Therefore, this paper chooses200famers of three counties in Fuzhou city as research objects, such as Fuqing, Lianjiang and Minqing (among them,188questionnaires have been recovered, including157effective questionnaires). Through questionnaires, based on the statistics of research results, this paper analyzes whether famers support the local land management project, and apply Logistic regression model to find out the affecting factors exist the local land management. The research results indicate that age, health, family income per year, quantity of land-holding, condition of management, and investment in science and technology are the main factors to affect land management of comprehensive agricultural development in Fuzhou. Eventually, based on the analysis of research results and implementation of land management project in Fuzhou, this paper puts forward to some advices to solve the problems exist in the present land management.This paper mainly studies the influence factors of Fuzhou land management of comprehensive agricultural development from the following seven parts.The first part is foreword. By means of the elaboration of research background and the reviews of literature at home and abroad, this paper puts forward the research contents and research methods.The second part is the definition of basic concept and theoretical basis. The reference of theoretical basis can benefit for reflecting the policy of supporting agriculture of land management project, and presenting the function of land management in the contributions of Three Rural Problems.The third part is a summary of career of land management of comprehensive agricultural development, and implementation of land management all over the country, Fujian province and Fuzhou city (namely Fuqing, Lianjiang and Minqing).The fourth part is the introduction of research areas and the design scheme of questionnaire, and collects the first-hand data through the questionnaire survey.The fifth part is macroscopic analysis of the influence of land management, which is visiting related workers who is responsibility for land management project and realizing some problems and difficulties that exist in the land management of Fuzhou city in the survey. It mainly manifests in the lack of funds, incomplete management mechanism, planning design, bidding, management later, etc.The sixth part is microscopic analysis of the influence of land management, which is based on the perspective of farmers to make empirical analysis that whether land management of Fuzhou city is supported by famer. And by means of Logistic regression model, paper finds that the influence of land management are age and health of famers, family income per year and quantity of land-holding contained by family factors, and other factors, such as condition of management, and investment in science and technology. Moreover, there are five factors are not enough to be the influence factors, such as gender, cultural level, the number of son and daughter, the famers’willing of involving in land management.The seventh part is according to the conclusion combining with actual situation of Fuzhou to propose countermeasures, such as strengthening land management legislation, increasing efforts to raise funds, carrying out management actively, etc. The purpose is to provide experience for reference for land management to go on wheels. |
