Now, with the rapid development of economy, the competition between the enterprises becomes more and more fierce. Enterprise goes into the resources-plunder phase from the blind production phase. Enterprise’s first task becomes to preempt scarce resources constantly which benefit it. And any resources need human resources as a carrier, play its role under the operation of human resources. The characteristics of human resources, and the scarcity of its own, urge the human resources occupied more and more important position. The importance of human resources becomes more prominent in the financial industry. The bank need to recruit more employees for satisfy the business every year, but relevant leaders failed to consider for the employees’satisfaction at the same time which lead to the low-loyalty and high-demission rate of staff. The talent chooses jobs from state-owned Banks to private Banks, from big banks to small banks. So what reasons cause the problems? And what is the root of these problems? In order to solve these problems, and explore the roots why employees feel unsatisfactory, the author made a comprehensive survey of the employees’ satisfaction in the X bank in Shijiazhuang city.This paper mainly aims at the satisfaction research of bank teller. Bank is obviously different from the other industry for the invisibility of product, this characteristic requires the bank must upgrade the value of goods through the service, the service is a bridge of the bank and the customer, and the height of the employee satisfaction decide the bridge. Therefore, improve the satisfaction of the bank teller training its loyalty, became the focus of the bank now.This article’s research and analysis is through the empirical method. First of all, the author studies the theory of the employee satisfaction through the research of previous literature, and designs a questionnaire which includes36variables through the Minnesota questionnaire; second, the author makes a research to the X bank in Shijiazhuang city through the method of questionnaire and interview; the third, the author make a statistical analysis, extract the six factor through the method of factor analysis by SPSS13.0,and make a variance analysis of employee satisfaction which distinguish gender, age, qualifications, duties, work year; finally, analyzes the causes and point out the corresponding countermeasures by the problems which the results of the survey reflects.
