With the rapid development of Chinese economy, the bank ’s competitionis intense with each passing day, and the importance of talent in itappears more obvious. The bank also put the talent management andretention on the strategic management more and more perspective. In orderto cultivate the talent、tarry the talent and retain core competitionability, it must construct a reasonable model of personnel management.In recent years, our country’s bank personnel education power graduallyincreased, the employee’s job satisfaction research has also increasedyear by year. But the study of city commercial bank employee’ssatisfaction, is also lacking of depth and breadth, especially in theresearch’s localization degree is not enough.This article will focus on the analysis of six commercial banks’employee satisfaction which established in Wuxi city after2008, usequestionnaire investigation and present situation research to discuss thebank staff’s satisfaction. Using SPSS19.0statistical analysis software to survey data which through the evaluation model, in order to obtainjurisdiction over Wuxi City Commercial Bank branch employees’ jobsatisfaction and the actual feelings value. City Commercial Bank is aservice industry, and service industry is the most valued industry whichlooks upon customers’ satisfaction, bank staffs’ job satisfactiondirectly influence customers’ satisfaction, through the employees’ jobsatisfaction of real feel that to analysis the actual values to improvejobs’ satisfaction, in order to enhance staff of the bank’s sense ofidentity and belonging. Then can better deal with the state-owned banksand foreign banks challenges and to resist financial risks.
