The Empirical Study Of 30 Years In Jiangsu Region Economic Development Coordination

Since the reform and opening up policy, all over the country with a rapid development of economy and society, the jiangsu province had become a strong province in economic term. However, due to the differences of natural conditions, economic foundation and original preferential policies, the three area of jiangsu have an obvious economic differences which is increasing now.Although unbalanced development of region, is a common phenomenon in the world when many countries or regions in the process of develonment, but the unbalanced development with the three area had restricted the of economic and social development of jiangsu province. The economic excessive gap will lead to regional economic conflict, weakening the already form regional division of labor and cooperation, it also influence the social stability that can’t ignore. In recent years, carry out the regional common development strategy had made some achievements, but how to at a higher level of area common development, to further improve the efficiency of sunan region, speeding up the development of jiangsu province, to reach the goal of "two leadings", has become the major problem during the modernization of jiangsu.This article from the scientific and harmonious development point of view, with the main line of regional economic differences and coordination degree,by studying the region economy coordinated development theory, evaluation system and the method, then empirical analysis the economy development coordination and dynamic evolvement rules of three regional and explore the coordinated development path and system arrangement of jiangsu province.This article is divided into six parts, the first chapter for preface, raise questions and expounds the important si gnificanceof harmonious development of jiangsu province, and set a research targets and thinking framework to solve this problem. The second chapter for basic categories and theoretical basis, from regional economic differences and coordinated development, this paper introduces the concept of regional economic difference measurement method and reviews the region economy coordinated development related theory foundation, it also carried out of the existing regional economic coordination model of evaluation index system and the review.The third chapter for jiangsu area and the difference between the analysis of the current development, through the static and dynamic two aspects to comparison and analysis the three regional and regional internal economic differences. The fourth chapter had empirical analysis the coordination degree condition of the three regional, according to the empirical results,the30years of jiangsu regional harmonious development process is divided into two stages and expatiates its coordination degree state. Chapter5analysis the influence factors of jiangsu regional harmonious degree, thought the urbanization development level, export-oriented economic development level, industrial structure status and long triangle in the process of integration radiation level are the main reasons, and made econometric analysis on two stages to find out the different influence to explain30years coordination degree change status in jiangsu province. The sixth chapter is promote the three regional harmonious development path and countermeasures study, through scientific planning of urban space layout, relying on jianghai linkage, improve the export-oriented economy development level, according to local conditions, promoting regional industrial integration and upgrade and melt into the city development mode of regional integration aspects to promote three regions of jiangsu’s harmonious development. Chapter7is for sum, expounds this paper’s main conclusion and deficiency.
