The Research On Regional Economic Coordination Development Index System And Quantitative Evaluation

The regional economic integration is an important feature in today’s world economy,at the same time regional economic cooperation has become an important choice forcountries and regions to promote economic development. Since the reform and opening up,China’s eastern region has gradually developed into the most advantages place which inattracting foreign investment and becoming foreign trade export base. However, ourcountry has to face the regional economic gap is widening, the regional economic frictionconstantly occurs, the regional division of labor and industrial structure is not reasonable,etc. In this context, in order to accelerate the economy development of the mid and west ofchina, narrowing regional gap and promoting the coordinated development of regionaleconomy, our country has officially confirmed the region economy coordinateddevelopment strategy. So the research of country regional economy coordinateddevelopment has an important theoretical significance and practical significance.First of all, this paper discusses the scientific connotation and characteristics of theregional economic coordinated development, which covers the spatial coordination, theregional factors coordination and the overall development efficiency three aspects.Secondly, we built the index system of regional economic coordinated development, andexplored the calculation method of evaluation indexes. Finally, we used the above methodto research the regional economic coordinated development in china. The result describesthe changing trend of china’s regional economic coordinated development, which benefitsto the way of improve the level of regional economic coordinated development andprovides scientific basis for establish some strategies of the development of regionaleconomic coordination development.
