Research On Selection And Evaluation Method Of Supplier In KN Company Under The Supply Chain Circumstance

In the beginning of the21th century, enterprises have faced increasingly fierce competition with the continued change of the economic globalization, and they always think the problems that how to boost the competitiveness continuously. Many companies pay more attention in order to build the high-efficient and low-cost supply chain. As for a manufacturing company, how to close cooperation with various partners to form a reasonable supply chain becomes a focus of competition. Among these, how to evaluate and select strategic partner suppliers and establish long-term partnership to gain competitive advantage is the most important thing.First of all, this paper describes the background and the purpose of the research and points out the research methods, the content and innovations of the paper. After that, it analyzes the theory and literature.On this basis, this paper describes background of the company and the status of the supplier management. I analyze the existing problems and point out the reasons for these problems.In the fourth part, the paper analyzes the existing system of supplier selection and evaluation as well as the problems and disadvantages.In the fifth part, the paper proposes measures to improve the system of supplier selection and evaluation in KN Company, including the establishment of strategic cooperative supplier guidelines and scientific method.Finally, the paper sets welding equipment supplier selection as an example to show how to select supplier of KN Company through AHP method.Combined theory and practice, this paper not only makes some good suggestions for KN Company, but also provides a reference views for the companies with similar problems and confusion.
