Energy is the economic growth and social development, with the rapid development of global economy, petroleum and coal, and other traditional resources development, nuclear power industry due to the low pollution, high output characteristics under large attention, China’s nuclear power industry rapid development of the economy produces huge stimulus, the nuclear power industry is resource intensive industry, the construction of nuclear power plant and nuclear power technology improvement requires a large number of high-quality talent, talent introduction, development and utilization and a great system engineering, is directly related to the long-term healthy development of nuclear power enterprise.This paper uses the theory of human resource management, China Guangdong Nuclear Power Group as an example, based on the domestic nuclear power industry development trend, in the analysis of nuclear power development history and wide enterprise internal environment on the basis of Guangdong Nuclear Power Group, the manpower resource to do current situation analysis, this article is in line with wide nuclear actual human resource management on the basis of, use of enterprise management, organization behavior science, statistical principle, systems engineering and other related theoretical analysis, and then use a variety of approaches to the analysis:the literature method, questionnaire method, staff interviews and so on, combined with modern human resource development theory and technology, Guangdong Nuclear Power Group on human resource development for qualitative and quantitative analysis.
