Our country has entered the stage which industry subsidize agriculture and city promote rural overall. Supporting agriculture and rural development is the core of the three agricultural policy in the new period, and the path and mechanism that support agriculture is the important influencing factors of the policies’ effects. It’s need to be designed from a high degree which combine the theory and practice.As a province whose agriculture is bigger than others in the central region, Jiangxi province’support agricultural industrialization and its leading enterprise development for many years. Based on the above background, from the degree which combine the theory and practice, the establishment and improvement of the supporting policy will be studied in this paper. Firstly, from the degree which meet macro needs and path selection, defining the intermediary organizations’ function of the leading agricultural enterprise, as a carrier which support agricultural. This paper expound the necessity and feasibility of supporting policy which combine government, leading agricultural enterprises and farmers. Secondly, based on the practice of supporting the leading agricultural enterprises over the years, sample enterprises are used as the object, and factor analysis and correlation analysis as the methods. This paper analysis the actual operating results of the supporting policy which combine government, leading agricultural enterprises and farmers. Thirdly, according to the results of theoretical and empirical analysis, suggestions are proposed which improve the supporting policy of combining government, leading agricultural enterprises and farmers, as follows:(1) taking great importance to path selection that supporting the agricultural, and clearing the dominant position of supporting policy which combine government, leading agricultural enterprises and farmers.(2) taking practical measures to speed up the establishment and improvement of supporting policy which combine government, leading agricultural enterprises and farmers.(3) properly resolving the issue of the legislation about supporting policy in the field of mechanisms related.
