In recent years,labor education has attracted much attention.In order to strengthen labor education,the state puts forward the new requirements of labor education for primary and secondary school students.At present,labor education has not been paid enough attention by the society,families and students themselves,and the related education mechanism also has defects.We found that there are many joint points between labor education and subject teaching,but there is no effective way to combine labor education and subject teaching.Therefore,based on the understanding and analysis of the current situation of combining labor education with biology teaching in junior middle school,this paper puts forward new strategies and ways of combining labor education with biology teaching in junior middle school,and takes a case study Practical research has been carried out.The first part of the introduction is the literature review and definition of labor education.After literature review,it is found that the current labor education has not received enough attention,the relevant education mechanism has defects,and the combination of subject teaching and labor education lacks effective ways,but there are many combination points between labor education and subject teaching.Based on the above situation,this paper expounds the main problems,solutions and research ideas of this study.The second part is the second chapter and the third chapter,which carries on the questionnaire survey and the interview to the junior high school biology teaching union labor education present situation.According to the survey results,this paper summarizes the problems of junior high school biology teachers in carrying out labor education: 1.Teachers and students do not pay enough attention to labor education,lack of labor consciousness;2.Teachers generally do not combine labor education in subject teaching,lack of effective ways to combine labor education in practice,and teaching quality evaluation.The main reason is that schools,families and teachers blindly pursue achievements and ignore students' all-round development;teaching attitude is conservative,teaching method is single,and teaching practice is difficult without in-depth analysis of teaching materials;in addition,school leaders think that teaching quality needs to be verified,but students' parents support.The third part is the fourth chapter.According to the results of questionnaire survey and interview,this paper selects labor education theory,life education theory and human all-round development theory as the research basis,and puts forward the strategies of carrying out labor education in junior middle school biology teaching: carefully studying teaching materials,excavating "Labor Education" elements,experiencing labor emotion;establishing labor theme,establishing labor concept,cultivating labor character;organizing group teaching Organize biological interest groups,train students' labor skills jointly by family and school,advocate students to participate in practice and improve their innovation ability.The fourth part is the fifth chapter,which applies the teaching case of junior high school biology teaching combined with labor education to junior high school biology classroom.Teaching cases include labor concept teaching and labor skill teaching.The selected lesson of labor concept teaching is "protecting the biosphere is the common obligation of all mankind".Through experimental teaching,students can establish the concept of sustainable development,cultivate environmental protection awareness,form labor habits and form labor concept.The selected lesson of labor skill teaching is "the relationship between microorganisms and human beings".Through the experimental teaching,students can establish the concept of sustainable development,cultivate the awareness of environmental protection,form labor habits and form labor concept Experimental teaching can cultivate students' labor practice ability,enhance students' labor consciousness,make significant progress at home,and improve students' labor skills.The two teaching cases have received good teaching results.Through the research,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)the combination of junior high school biology teaching and labor education is feasible and necessary;(2)most teachers do not carry out labor education in junior high school biology classroom,or labor education time is short,lack of good effect;(3)students' one-sided cognition of labor education,failed to arouse students' interest;(4)the school has many measures to improve labor education,but failed Good implementation,school leaders worry about the development of labor education will affect the quality of teaching;(5)parents do not pay attention to family labor education,students generally lack of exercise,no good working habits;(6)junior high school biology teaching and labor education combined with experimental teaching can promote the development of labor education,students improve their academic performance at the same time,form labor concept,cultivate labor skills,promote the development of labor education We will promote all-round development.
