Auspicious company is fire type of software equipment company, enterprise’s knowledge staff of enterprises accounted for eighty percent of the staff, in recent years, the auspicious company knowledge staffs work enthusiasm is not high, the number of turnover increased, serious influence the enterprise health steady development. Auspicious knowledge staff exist the following problems:to erosion is serious, incentive means of a single, cannot treat correctly and deal with the knowledge staff "job-hopping", to the knowledge staff work motivation lack of deep understanding, Employee compensation is weak, enterprise culture, organization is unreasonable, enterprises lack long-term occupation planning this paper in view of the above problems, this paper puts forward to construct auspicious company knowledge staffs scheme. This article mainly research method is the method of document study, charts, and quantity analysis, multi-discipline research method, combining empirical study and normative research method, etc.This paper research of xi "an hi-tech zone software park auspicious company knowledge staff incentive mechanism, the auspicious company for case analysis, explore auspicious company incentive mechanism existing main problems, reconstruction auspicious company incentive mechanism model, this paper using incentive model of auspicious company knowledge staffs incentive, in order to get targeted analysis conclusion, to guide xian private enterprise human resource balance development, attract and retain talents, open the corporation development bottleneck, and the development of regional economy in shaanxi province to contribute.
