On Land Carring Capacity After The Implementation Of Territorial Control Based On The Rural Industrial Clusters Of Bashan In Zhongxian Chongqing

Complying with the goal of new socialism rural construction, the conception ofdeveloping rural industrial clusters is embedded in the Territorial Control, formed the mode ofterritorial control which based on the rural industrial clusters. This paper studied the landcarring capacity though implementing the rural industrialization pattern of territorial control.For testing that the rural industrialization pattern of territorial control can enhance the landcarring capacity in urban town obviously, the evaluation of land carring capacity was translateinto the evaluation of land potential production and divided into direct value and indirect valuepotential production. The focus to analysed the land economic,land ecological system andsocial system value production after the territorial control planning completed with aquantitative and qualitative method respectively, Elected the representative potential evaluationindex then established sorts of calculation models about the potential evaluation index. Thisstudy proposed the land carring capacity evaluation formula, calculated the land resourcescarring capacity and economic carring capacity which were quantitatived. Combined withchanges analysis in the land carring capacity of land ecological system and social system,Itdrow a comprehensive evaluation of land carring capacity. Taking the territorial control inBaShan as the research object, Calculated and submitted a comprehensive conclusion that itsland carring capacity would reach to surplus state after the implementation of territorial control.After the implementation of territorial control its land capacity surplus to state, therefore it issignificantly that enhancing the regional land carring capacity accord to territorial control. Notonly provide a reference work of territorial control model for other area, but also certaineffective basis on sustainabled development and the government decisions.
