Since entering the21st century, Entrepreneurial activity has become the maindriver of global economic development and in-depth all aspects of commercial areas.In China, it also sets off a business boom. Promoting employment throughentrepreneurship, has become a strong force of China’s rapid economic growth. Inrecent years, with the university students "Village" policy to carry out, government inorder to make university students "Village" in rural areas and grass-roots worksmoothly, through the introduction of a series of supportive policies to help universitystudents "Village" to find venture projects, to facilitate the financing conditions, opengreen service channels, etc. and promote students "Village" business success.In today’s globalized economic environment, ability to integrate resources of anybusiness development have played an important role, even more for new enterprises.Resource integration capability is mainly reflected in the company to effectivelyidentify, as early as possible for the rational allocation, take advantage of beneficialresources for enterprise development as the ability of an enterprise. Entrepreneurialorientation as a branch of the field of strategic management, this study abroad morethan ever focused on the division and its dimensions and the relationship betweencorporate performance study. This study is to our success, the typical Lianshuistudents "Village" business as a foothold. Based on the study of relationship betweenentrepreneurial orientation and business performance, adding the ability to integrateresources of this regulation by manipulated variable, study the relationship of theability to integrate research resources, entrepreneurial orientation and new ventureperformance.Jiangsu Lianshui is one region of older carring out university students “Village”entrepreneurship program. More than80%of local university students "Village" havetheir own business projects, and entrepreneurial success. Thus, it is with a success,typical representative of significance. Based on local university students "Village"survey, through statistical analysis that: entrepreneurial orientation on performance ofnew enterprises have a positive impact. In addition, this paper selected the threedimensions of entrepreneurial orientation, that is innovative, advanced mobility,risk-taking, is a positive correlation between new corporate performance. Ability tointegrate resources have a positive impact on new corporate performance. In additon, Ability to resource identification, acquisition, use of capacity are a positivecorrelation between corporate performance, but the ability to distribute resources andnew venture performance relationship has not been verified. Ability to integrateresources have a positive impact on entrepreneurial orientation. In additon, Ability toresource identification, acquisition, use of capacity are a positive correlation betweenentrepreneurial orientation, but the ability to distribute resources and entrepreneurialorientation relationship has not been verified.Based on the conclusions of this study, promoting nationwide university students"Village" to effectively and successfully carry out business projects and advancing thesocialist new countryside construction, I believe that, on the one hand, students"Village" area of the local government should implement and increase entrepreneurialsupport policy and local well-known enterprises should actively play the role ofguidance and help. On the other hand, new enterprises must have a clear division ofwork between departments, to avoid waste of resources, and the ability to effectivelyenhance the allocation of resources.
