The Relationship Between Network Orientation,Resource Integration Capability And New Venture Performance

Driven by market environment and national entrepreneurship policy,more and more young people devote themselves to the practice of entrepreneurship.The upgrading of the network and the popularity of smart phones have laid a good foundation for the development of e-business.The broad prospects for the development of e-business have attracted the attention of many entrepreneurs,various types and functions of the e-business enterprises have been created,but the real survival is only a small number.Resources are fundamental to enterprise development.Because of the lack of resources,it is very important for the new enterprise to use the social network to solve problems.Therefore,the network orientation of new enterprise is high.The resource is scattered and unsystematic,Enterprises must have higher resource integration ability to make scientific allocation of entrepreneurial resources,form their own competitive strength,and enhance enterprise performance.Based on social network theory and resource based theory,this study explores the relationship between network orientation and new venture performance,and the impact of resource integration capability on their relationship.This paper adopts the methods of literature research,case study and empirical research.Through interviews and case studies of founders of three new ventures,the paper paves the way for building a theoretical model and lays a good foundation for hypothesis.It is on this basis that we issued a total of 180 questionnaires,recycled 153 valid data copies from mainly founder or person in charge of new generation enterprises in the electricity industry.The data were analyzed by SPSS and AMOS software,and the network orientation,resource integration ability and internal performance mechanism of new ventures were investigated.The main conclusions of this study are as follows: network orientation has a significant positive correlation with resource integration capability.Network orientation and three dimensions of network cooperation,network attention,open management and new venture performance have significant positive correlation.Resource integration capability and two dimensions of resource construction capability,resource utilization capability and new venture performance have significant positive correlation.According to the mediating effect test,resource integration capability plays a mediating role in the influence of network orientation on the performance of new ventures.Finally,according to the conclusions of this study,establishing network orientation strategy and two aspects of management inspiration are put forward to promote the integration ability of enterprise resources,to help enterprises survive and develop in the fierce market competition.
