Research On The Construction Of The Y Food Safety Traceability System

The food has occupied the most important and basic position in our day-to-day life. Food safety has been related to the thousands of families and to the health and safety of each of us. The level of food safety is an important indicator of the quality of economic development and the people’s living standards for a country. In recent years, global food security frequently occurs. In particular, conventional food of people’s daily life an integral part frequents security problems. It has a serious impact on consumer confidence of the people, and has a negative impact on sustainable economic development. At present, one of the effective measures of internationally recognized food safety management is to establish food safety traceability system.Firstly, this article analyses the current food security situation as well as the establishing situation of domestic and international food safety traceability system. Domestic and international food safety management experience and theoretical studies have shown that the food safety traceability system is playing an important role in ensuring food quality and safety, preventing of food safety risk, enhancing consumers’ willingness to buy and so on. In today that major food safety incidents frequent. It has irreplaceable practical significance for promoting economic development to establish and improve food safety traceability system, and to improve its information publishing platform.Secondly, on the basis of studying the domestic and foreign construction theory of food safety traceability system, this paper analyzed the Y City existing food safety traceability system, and found the following deficiencies. On the one hand, it is limited for the traceability information, and we cannot be traced directly to the source of food production; On the other hand, the effective test information, which is being charged in government regulatory departments, doesn’t join traceability system, and its value is not given full play. In addition, because the system data is provided by the enterprise and government regulatory has no effective oversight. We do not combine the self-test results and monitoring test results, and it leads to a lack of persuasive for data itself. It is still very limited for the propaganda of the management system in the consumer. It is mainly because that the quality supervision department is no good to play its due role. Finally, this article refers to the case of the Y city’s wine products traceability system to analyze the production characteristics and the main problem of the Y city’s wine industry. The paper argues that we should give the wine product identification by introducing the Global Identification System (EAN· UCC System), when we create the wine product traceability system. And we should effectively combine the existing Y City traceability system food safety systems, strengthen the inspection data entry, enhance information query system, realize food safety traceability Information Management, and complete the information collection, recording and exchange in the food supplying, distribution, consumption and many other aspects. The focus of the entire system is still the leading government efforts, and put the day-to-day supervision of food production into the establishment and maintenance of food safety traceability system. Realized the food safety traceability of the Y City food regulatory perspective, and proved the regulatory capacity in the regulation of food safety for quality supervision system.
