As we all know,Just-in-time production methods (Just-in-time, JIT) is the production management methods of that the Toyota Motor Corporation of Japan studied and began implementation between1950s and1960s.It is a criteria that uses the various resources effectively and reduces costs.Its meaning is:that produces the necessary quantity and perfect quality of products and components in need of time and place in order to eliminate excess production, inefficiencies and wasted, to achieve the purpose of the large amount of output with the least investment.It points out that the seven wasted in the scene is the waste of waiting, the handling waste, the waste of defective products, the waste of the operation, the waste of the processing, the waste of the stock, the waste of producing excessively.It has created a unique modern mode of production.It developed and changed in the market conform to the times, has experienced20years of exploration and improvement, and gradually formed and developed into a more complete production management technology and methodology that included business philosophy, organization of production, logistics control, quality management, cost control, inventory management, on-site management and site improvements today.Just-in-time production methods came into being in the Toyota, but it is not only applicable to automobile production. In fact, just-in-time production methods as a thorough pursuit of reasonable production process, efficient and flexible production management technology, which has been used in many industries and many businesses. Similarly, its basic idea,the basic principles and basic branches have an important reference and the reference value.on production methods and management methods of modernization of the Chinese enterprises.This paper studied the time production theory which was applied in the manufacturing of CNC gantry milling, construction Assembly BOM used in the production to refine the assembly process and establish the process code; assembly process code recorded into a database, measures to promote the development of Assembly CAPP to achieve "pull "production, according to the order of the assembly, accurate processing, purchase order issued to achieve just-in-time production.As a high degree of complexity of large CNC machine tools, CNC gantry milling manufacturing cycle is generally6-10months, mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic technology integration products, processing facilities, outsourcing supporting assembly debugging and other sectors affect its manufacturing cycle. In the previous assembly, often appeared such a phenomenon that anxious to parts waiting for a long time, no hurry to parts have stored in advance and have long storage time in the coffers, and the outsourcing delay can not come,which seriously restricting the time of production. How to rationalize the processing of orders, purchase orders and the relationship of the assembly order to ensure product outputs in time become problems to be solved.Application of just-in-time production pull theory, put the final manufacturing process-----assembly as the starting point of production. When necessary, forward the process to receive the necessary processed and the purchased goods. The processing facilities, outsourcing supporting assembly as a starting point, forward push down the processing cycle and outsourcing cycle to determine the order execution date, in order to achieve synchronization supporting the production.Application of just-in-time production theory of Kanban management, it changed the traditional production process that the processing and outsourcing process delivered the goods to the backward process assembly to the process that the backward process assembly picked the goods from the processing and outsourcing process according to "Kanban",which realized time production and avoided the waste phenomenon that parts ahead of time in storage, long storage time in the coffers, purchased parts delayed that can’t come.To realize the pulling produce,first we build assembly BOM according to the design and manufacture directory,refine the assembly process,build the process code,cycle, bias period and record into the database,while advancing the development of assembly CAPP,realize that issue the processing and purchase order accurately,and then construct the lean manufacturing system,in order to achieve just-in-time production.
