ZH Wind Tower Manufactures Ltd was established in a period of great prosperity of wind power development and got great achievements at the beginning of its founding, due to the proper time, advantaged location and harmonious relationship among people involved. However, with the rapid development of the wind power industry, more and more competitors come to this market to share profit, meanwhile; ZH Company came across serious disagreement on inner strategy because of too fast enlargement. So, under this circumstance, how to make and execute an effective development strategy is the main issue that ZH Company has to confront with now.The paper is prepared by the writer who worked for this company as the marketing management person and collected much information related to its marketing, financing, production as well as the current status, development trend and other competitors’ marketing strategy in the wind tower industry. Based on the enterprise development strategy theory and analysis methods such as five strength captivities model, value chain theory, SWOT analysis, from analyzing political, laws, economic, social, technical environment which ZH Company is located, as well as the financing, HR, innovative capabilities that ZH Company has, to conclude the threat and opportunity from outside environment, the advantages and disadvantages of ZH Company’s inner resources and capabilities, furthermore, to find ZH Company’s core competitiveness. According to the SWOT analysis and general idea of wind power industry development, ZH Company should grasp the chances from the adjusted policies that the government regulated and the opportunities provided by the industry develops, connects its resources, capabilities, insists in its vision to realize the actual condition, grasp all good opportunities, find the difference, exert its strengths, overwhelm disadvantages, develop quickly and stably, struggles for being one of the best wind power parts suppliers in China within five years in future.Finally, the paper puts forward the proper strategy choice and the supporting measures for ZH Company’s development. Under the conditions of rapid industrial development, fiercer competitive market, threats from outside environment, insufficient inner resources and capabilities, the way of enlargement and founding subsidiaries is not the best choice for ZH Company to develop. The company should adopt more proper methods such as horizontal integration, vertical integration, and similar product diversification to make itself stronger and stronger.
