Incentive issue is to study how we can mobilize the employeeswork in the process of intrinsic motivation, in the process ofbusiness management has a great importance to Americanmanagement as a representative of the Western management science through the development of this century, with the accumulation of a series of characteristics of the incentive theory,and practice in corporate governance to be applied, and achieved good results.This first era of knowledge economy and knowledge workersconducted a detailed analysis, then some of the modernmanagement theory and new developments in the traditionaltheory of motivation for the comparison and analysis, and finallycombined with the characteristics of Chinese enterprises in general have made about the knowledge type of employee incentive theory and methods.Knowledge-based economy characterized by a significantknowledge of economic development, production and operationof major capital.
