Abstract/Summary:
Increasingly fierce market competition requires an enterprise itself to have to make unique core competitiveness and sustainable development capability, and the core competitiveness and sustainable development capability are derived from effective performance management model. HER Group Company, for leading product branches, has been long adopting an economic responsibility evaluation model which mainly based on PRODUCTION MODEL, for each assistant and supporting production unit, has been adopting an linking responsibility system which mainly based on functional and responsible task accomplishment evaluation, this doesn’t entirely conform to contemporary market competition requirement, and hinders further promotion of business performance, and therefore there is urgent need to build a set of practical performance management system which is suitable for the enterprise.This thesis sets forth domestic and overseas performance management theory, methods and overview of research application, and researches the performance management system of JIER Group Company. Based on the current performance management problems in JIER Group Company, such as, a performance evaluation is easily out of line with an enterprise strategy, the performance evaluation index is difficultly quantified, concrete analysis is given to concrete problem, by comprehensive application of performance management methods such as balanced scorecard, KPI technique, management by objectives. It analyses the enterprise does performance management system and systematic establishment which is based on the whole business process optimization which is realized through strategic design, organization management model reformation, and stresses on research of various levels of management performance evaluation methods and index evaluation system, focuses on performance evaluation methods and index evaluation system of each level, at the same time, also analyses in depth the multiple level performance management of business process, and puts forward the thoughts of classifiable evaluation index with focus on key performance index (KPI), and puts forward detailed operational proposal and implementation measures in hopes of establishing and perfects high-efficient running, and scientific, just, objective performance management system. This paper is divided into six chapters, the first chapter is the introduction, explains the research background, significance; briefly introduced the writing train of thought and main structure of the content; the second chapter is about performance and performance management theory, mainly introduces the performance, the concept of performance management, performance management, the connotation of the origin and development of thought, as well as several common performance assessment tools, analyzes the performance management system components as well as the various stages of the relation, put forward to build performance management based on strategy point of view; the third chapter is about the JIER group performance management research on current situation, analysed the problem of existence; the fourth chapter introduces the JIER performance management system construction the main train of thought, safeguard measures, process control; the fifth chapter is to process reengineering based on performance management, system construction; the sixth chapter is the conclusion and prospect.On overview of machinery manufacturing enterprises in this country, the performance management is yet in an exploratory stage. Although this thesis leaves much to be desired because an individual is considered to have limited capability, it puts forward design tracks and methods which connects enterprise strategy with key performance evaluation index, a market competition pressure is passed to each level of enterprise by key performance index, a strategic goal and important management point is fulfilled level by level, an promoting effect of entire performance of enterprise comes true. This thesis is in hopes of finding a new approach of performance management suitable for machinery enterprises through research and discussion of performance management system design of JIER Company, playing a referential role for other similar enterprises.
