Reward management, as a basic mean to achieve rational development and configuration of human resource management, plays an increasingly important role. Enterprises’fast and sustainable development need the study and improvement of the reward management to further improve external competitiveness and internal equity.Basing on reward management theory and aviation industry reward practice, this paper gives a comprehensive investigation. According to key reward systematic elements and technologies, this paper analyzes SD Airlines’background and pilots’ reward status, finds out current problems and gives suggestions from the aspects of external competitiveness and internal equity, systematic, incentives, etc., to enhance competitiveness. By analyzing the pilot’s job, evaluating the route, identifying a number of factors during the flight, improve internal equity.Finally, through various publicity channels, propose the effective programs to ensure that the program can smoothly implement.
