Research On Factors Influencing The Regional Employmet Attraction Of New Generation Of Migarnt Workers

As the main force of city industrial workers, new generation of rural migrant workers play an important role in the regional economic and social development. But in recent years,"westward movement of migrant workers flood" leads to a new round of "migrant workers shortage" of the east coastal regions, which is seriously discourage to regional economical further development. Based on this, the paper analyzes the impact of employment economic factors、 employment security factors,、 social security factors and social culture factors on regional employment attraction, and considering social relation network factors as intermediate variable. In this regard, we explore the effect and mechanism of all the factors, providing the local governments with theoretical and empirical support to improve the regional employment attraction of the new generation of rural migrant. It has a great guiding significance for promoting the process of regional economic and social development and construction.Combined with the method of interview and questionnaire,this paper carries on a investigation of new generation of rural migrant workers in Hangzhou, and get effective sample of250. On the basis of the statistical analysis, we draw the following basic conclusions:(1) employment economic factors、 employment security factors have significant direct positive influence on regional employment attraction;(2) social security factors、 social culture factors does not exist significant direct positive influence on regional employment attraction;(3) social relation network has significant direct positive effects on regional employment attraction, and has significant intermediate effect on economic factors, social security factors and social and cultural factors, to enhancing the positive force of regional employment attraction;(4) the intermediate effect of the secondary social network is greater than the primary social network in the social relation networks.With the above empirical results, this article put forward suggestion revelation to improving regional employment attraction from the perspective of government. And finally we points out the limitations of the research and the prospect of future research.
