Alliance Capability,Network Inovation And Networ Evolution

In the past decades, thousands of industrial clusters in Zhengjiang province have exhibited with tremendous vitality.They proped up approximately half GDP of Zhengjiang. However,with the accelerating process of economic globalization and fierce competition, they are being exposed to unprecedented tremendous challenges.This thesis aims to provide a new point of view to investigate the dilemma.Since industrial clusters can be seen as the low level of alliance network, so we can bringing the problem under the framework of alliance network evolution, since using the multiple theories of alliance capability.innovation and network evolution, construct and verify the model of alliance capability influence alliance network evolution through the network innovation. Through the interviews with experts,enterprise supervisors and analyzing the data of a questionnaire survey from244testers, we test the model’s degree of fitting under the using of SPSS and AMOS statistical analysis software and ultimately figure out the concluded model.The findings indicate that there is a great association between alliance capability and network innovation activity. However, the impact of alliance capabilities on innovation differ from each other; and network innovation activities are also very important to the alliance network evolution.It is positively related to some dimensions of evolution, including the competence, effcience, reputation andso on.What’s more, mainly through the network innovation activites that alliance capability can facilitate the alliance network evolution. While alliance network evolution also has an influence on alliance capability.As a conclusion,on the one hand, this thesis offer the direction for core enterprises in Zhengjiang Province to use the alliance capabilities and network innovation properly and effectively to promote the evolution of alliance networks;On the other hand, it can enrich the theory achievement of alliance capabilities,innoation and alliance network evolution in China.
