The demand of Port transportation will continue at a rapid rate,But by the shoreline, land and water resource constraint, port development could not unrestrainedly rely on expanding shoreline, new wharf extensive development mode to solve, It is necessary to transfer development model.Reconstruction project conform to the resource saving and environmental friendly port development requirements.Which do not take up too much new shoreline, land and waters, in low price, but can promote wharf berthing capacity.So it is a kind of important way to transfer the port development mode.Wharf reconstruction project is a very complex and exploratory work.There are lot of problems during the detecting program because the ransformation wharf have been running for a long time.Transformation is also very difficult because of the variety of the wharf structure form. Therefore it is necessary in the investment of terminal expansion project feasibility study, to ensure that the project in the economic feasibility and rationality, avoid decision-making errors caused by the great economic losses.With the rapid development of Ningbo-Zhoushan port in recent years, it become the biggest port in the world. The capacity of Ningbo domain ship fuel supply is already short of the requirement of the large ships entering and clearing, It is necessary to implement ningbo Gang xin oriental oil wharf reconstruction in order to complete ningbo port domain marine service support system and improve the port comprehensive competitiveness. Then, we prepare financial statements of this project, anlyse the payback period, net present value, andinternal rate of return, and at last make the financial evaluation. In order to improve the reliability of financial value and the scientific literature of decision, this article has researched the uncertainty and risk of the project by he Break-Even Point analysis and sensitivity analysis. At last, we get the feasible of conclusion, and provides reliable basis for investment decision.
