Chengdu Waterworks Equipment Maintenance Project Management Research

For the waterworks of this non-project-oriented enterprises, the use of project management can be seen as maintenance work in the daily work of the waterworks project management has reached the goal of risk control.This research focuses is to explore a suitable water plant equipment maintenance, project management model, which can make better use of maintenance resources, the rational organization of work, complete enterprise maintenance goals. Water plant maintenance management is a continuous, with a long-term goal of the work, but each of its maintenance tasks are one-time, to determine the time, the target project.
