Research On The Project Management Of Thermal Power Plant Unit Maintenance

In light of the current inspection and maintenance system of the thermal power plant in China, this paper analyses the advantages and disadvantages in unit maintenance which take the planned maintenance as the dominant repair method and the development history of equipment management and maintenance in the world. As more and more large modern units put into operation continuously, the unit maintenance system in the current stage cannot meet the needs of reform and development in power market, this paper discussed the development trend of power plant maintenance system in China, and worked out the optimization methods of equipment maintenance in the thermal power plant and offered the optimization of maintenance items and the determination of maintenance period. Taking Liaocheng Power Plant as an example; we research and work out a dynamic equipment maintenance management mode and it can work in the whole process, which can combine with different maintenance modes in power market used by power plants. According to the characteristics of equipments and systems, we carried out "zero defect" equipments management and maintenance, planned maintenance, equipment status maintenance, instant check and maintenance, trouble maintenance and improving maintenance etc, which is a maintenance mode of "coexistence of multiple maintenance modes".
