In the tide of economic globalization, China has intensified the reform and opening up, development closer economic ties with the countries of the world, many multinational companies have chosen to invest and build factories in China. S company is the establishment of a subsidiary of a U.S. five hundred companies to invest in China, China’s rapid economic development, the scale of China branch also widening negative factors in the development of the Chinese market at the same time, followed by its technology the decline in enthusiasm of the support staff, technical staff turnover rate increase.The main object of study of this article is the S company technical support, including application technical support, mechanical design, as well as after-sales service department employees. Firstly, summarized the theory of motivation, the integration incentive theory for the knowledge workers characteristics; Next S company technical support staff management status analysis pointed out that the problems in the technical support department employees incentives; then applied the knowledge worker integration of incentive theory, based on the principle of people-oriented, pay and benefits, career development, training, emotional, cultural identity five areas put forward a for technical support staff incentive system’s optimization strategy; Finally, this paper investigate the proposed S Corporation technical support departments incentive system the implementation of the recommendations. The results of this study contribute to S company technical support department to improve employee motivation and reduce staff turnover rate, thereby increasing the S company technical strength, and to further expand sales in China market. The research related businesses effectively motivate knowledge workers, also has a strong reference value.
