Software Park has an active role in encouraging high technology talents to start their own business, accelerating the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, fostering small and medium-sized scientific and technological enterprises, developing new-style industries, improving the competitiveness of the city, boosting the regional economic, implementing the government macroeconomic goals, promoting the whole society economic development, and that sort of thing. The Park is also the important supporting strength for local government to change the growth way of regional economic. Therefore, in recent years, various regions are active in constructing various Software Parks. Substantially all of the municipal and county-level regions have built their own software parks. The economic development of Yangzhou is in the middle stage of industrialization and bounded by environmental and resource factors and increasingly more serious restriction of the traditional extensive manufacturing development space, it is urgent to read just industrial structure.
