Analysis On The Present Situation Of R & D Expenses Of Software Industry In Zhongguancun Park

Zhongguancun is the high-tech industry center of China, the national independent innovation demonstration area. Zhongguancun as the first national independent innovation demonstration zone, is also China’s first national software industry development zone and talent, d.c., become the institutional innovation laboratories, known by the world as the "silicon valley" of China. From the point of long-term development, the software industry directly influence the development of innovative technology in China and in the future,also affect the enterprise’s core competitiveness and sustainable development ability, so the R&D of the software industry has become the building the ultimate source of innovation system in our country.In existing research, the Zhongguancun science park’s first big industry software industry research and development costs of targeted research rarely see. R&D is the lifeblood of software enterprises, however, need to research and development of science and technology innovation. Therefore, the innovation of this paper lies in: the author in this article of the Zhongguancun software park industry will be more in-depth study of R&D,and combining the listed companies in the park yonyou Software Co. Ltd as typical case analysis.The research content of this paper is the Zhongguancun software park industry present situation of R&D costs, with R&D investment as the research object, the software industry as the carrier, focused on using 2006-2013 Zhongguancun park software industry data, the annual report of listed companies in the software industry R&D of cost data for effective treatment. From R&D, R&D intensity and R&D margins three aspects, combined with statistical data and industry development present situation analysis, and the results make further summary and integration, try to understand the Zhongguancun park development of software industry R&D costs, dig out the possible problems, put forward the corresponding policy recommendations.Through the analysis, this paper get the following conclusion: the R&D investment remains to be strengthen; R&D output efficiency is low; R&D management is not reasonable; did not affect net profit of expenses get good control. To solve these problems,the author put forward some countermeasures and Suggestions as follows: compared with the international, increase R&D investment; attaches great importance to the R&D and specification management mechanism; to control the reasonable financial expenses and expenditures.
