Study On The Carbon Emission And Structural Optimization Of Export Industrial Products In China Under Restriction Of Low Carbon

Since the industrial revolution, human has created fabulous material wealth. The externality of the environment has been a growing problem. The cause of global warming is the increase of greenhouse-gas emissions, industrial civilization results will be an increasingly important topic for discussion unless there is effective measures now. Under this background, some scholars and government agencies start to reflect on pattern of economic development, the concept of low carbon economy and low carbon society start to spread all over the world, low carbon has been a common topic in new century.Under restriction of low carbon economy, international trade situation has changed significantly, new tendency and features of development has emerged in international trade, competition and cooperation in international technology trade has been strengthened and new trade barrier such as carbon tariff has come out. Export trade of industrial products is major force of export trade of china, and carbon emission caused by the manufacture of export industrial products is the main source of carbon emission in external trade of our country. Optimizing export structure of industrial products and reducing carbon emission in export trade of industrial products has important significance on the development of external trade of our country and sustainable development of our economy and society.Firstly, this thesis summarizes and expounds theories on low carbon from home and abroad, mainly including researches on environmental problems in international trade, estimation of carbon emission in import and export trade and relation between carbon emission and economy and trade growth. Secondly, it expounds basis of correlation theories on low carbon economy in terms of the background under which low carbon economy has been raised, intension of low carbon economy and influence low carbon economy has on international trade.Then the thesis starts to study on situation of export of industrial products. It analyzes features of export structure of industrial products in our country from composition of export industrial products and market structure. It also studies export competitiveness of export industrial products in our country.On the basis of summarizing correlation theories and analyzing export situation of industrial products in our country, the thesis starts to study the structure problem of export industrial products under restriction of low carbon economy. First, it estimates carbon emission of export industrial products in terms of industry, then by constructing evaluating indicator between export and carbon emission, it divides industries of export industrial products into four types. They are industries of relative high-export and high-emission industry, relative low-export and low-emission industry, relative low-export and high-emission industry, relative high-export and low-emission industry.In the end, this thesis puts forward some targeted suggestions for structural optimization of export industrial products on the basis of construction of evaluating indicator, and makes corresponding suggestions for the entire structural optimization of export industrial products. These suggestions are adjusting industrial structure, to push upgrading of an industrial structure; practicing diversification strategies of export commodities to alleviate dense situation of export commodities; implementing strategy of famous export brand and strategy of self-developed core technology to improve technical content and added value of export industrial products; optimizing structure of elements, improving quality of elements to provide elemental base for structural optimization of export industrial products; government further strengthens macroeconomic control to improve export policy.
