The euro crisis, appreciation of the RMB, the domestic soaring prices, the low level in design, production technology, product quality and standardization of domestic mould enterprise lead to more and more foreign enterprise cancel the order even worse cancel the enterprises in China. Make things worse, manufacturing of moulds belongs to small amount of single productions, production technology changes with each new day, the CAD/CAM/CAE/CAPP technology also innovates recently. Job insecurity of highly skilled talents working in mould enterprise increases fast. According to previous research literature, job insecurity is negative correlated with employee engagement, namely more experiences of job insecurity can lead to lower employee engagement. At the same time the work of highly skilled talents is difficult to be measured, and the highly skilled talents’ employee engagement will directly affect the quality, life and precision of the product. In order to increase the number of highly skilled talents the government has tried his best in continuous three five-year plan, and increase training intensity of highly skilled talents; in order to motivate, retain the highly skilled talents, the enterprises put "rent-sharing" and "dual-channel " into effect. The second part is to verify the relationship among job insecurity, equal opportunity and employee job engagement by using the empirical analysis. The specific steps are as follows:Through summarizing the literature research about the job insecurity, employee engagement, organizational justice and highly skilled talents, I put forward the research model and research assumptions. Give out the initial questionnaires to determine the scale of the three variables; Using of survey methods to collect data, such as SPSS17.0statistical analysis software for data analysis, and argue the assumption; Finally obtained the conclusion of this article, and on this basis respectively proposing the management proposals for mould enterprises, highly skilled talents and government.By drawing a large number of domestic and international research literature, this study model and empirical analysis to come to the conclusion of this study:Job insecurity and its three factors:job loss insecurity, human capital feature insecurity and work condition job feature insecurity of highly skilled talents working in mould enterprise are all significant negative correlated with employee job engagement; Equal opportunity and its two factors have regulating effect in the relationship among job insecurity and employee job engagement. Although the conclusion of this paper is drawn through the data analysis and hypothesis testing, subject to the restrictions of myself ability and effort, there are still some limitations in the research objects, variables and research methods, there still is a large space that can be developed and perfected in future researching.
