Cd Company Is In The High Speed Machine Room Passenger Elevator R&d Project Progress Management Research

The importance of project management and project schedule management haven’t been paid enough attention in many domestic elevator companies. Project schedule management is one of the core factors for a successful project, how to improve the level of schedule management, has become an important problem that needed to be solved urgently for many domestic elevator companies. The ability for the R&D of new products is one of the core competitiveness of enterprises, the management for the R&D of new products is the core of enterprises’long term development, so it is important for the sustainable development of elevator company to research into the schedule management of new product R&D.This dissertation is based on the new mid-high speed passenger elevator product R&D project of CD corporation. First, introduce the background of topic selection and the present situation of project management in elevator industry, give the significance of the research in this dissertation, then summarize and review the relevant research of domestic and abroad, introduce the research method and technical path of this dissertation. After that, review the theory of engineering project management and project schedule management systematically, in order to provide theory support for the research of this project. Whereafter introduce the elevator product briefly, explain the features and control point for the new elevator product R&D project, and briefly interpret the present situation of schedule management for the new mid-high speed passenger elevator product R&D project of CD corporation. And then, establish the target and process of schedule management for this project, and work out the project schedule plan by means of network planning technology and CPM according to the flow charts for the schedule planning, and make some research on the project schedule control, then introduce the expectant effects after carrying out the schedule management. Finally, summarize this dissertation, explain the deficiencies and give the future prospect.By means of theory and method of modern project schedule management, combining the practice of new elevator product R&D project, this dissertation does the research of schedule management for the new elevator product R&D project, draw up the schedule plan, carry out the schedule control, work efficiency has been improved. In short, the research and popularization of schedule management will be significant to the quick, scientific, and advanced development of domestic project management, this significance is important both in learning and economy, hoping this dissertation could be useful for the same trade in elevator industry.
