Modern economic society, travel is becoming one of the way that people to enjoy life, the visitors sensory experiences of the service level of tourism staff in the tourism process, the quality of tourist attractions resources, the state of the environment will become reference indicators of the researchers evaluate touristcompetitiveness or its degree of development through the establishment of tourism destination competitiveness evaluation model and the use of analysis of the results to comprehensive reflect the attractiveness of tourist attractions and the development status of tourist attractions tourism industry, and thus discover the tourist attractions problems and shortcomings and propose a solution to the problem countermeasures. This analysis paradigm is becoming widely used in the field of academic Tourism Research.Foreign field of scientific research in Tourism Studies are mostly use structural equation modeling statistical analysis method, based on tourist satisfaction theory, comprehensive the perceived quality, perceived value, satisfaction and loyalty of tourists travel to reflects a tourist tourism competitive, the overview of the research perspective concentrated on the complex relations between the perception of the quality of tourist services in the tourist travel experience and their perception of product value, visitors to satisfaction and visitor loyalty. Compared with foreign the domestic research in this area has only just started, mainly concentrated on introduction of the SEM method as well as the relationship of tourists’ perception and behavior of visitors, between the degree of tourism destination competitiveness, the application results of structural equation model in the tourist Empirical Analysis are in less.This paper taking Xi’an Huashan tourist destinations as the research object, based on theoretical models of the satisfaction of tourists, using random sampling survey to acquisit data, using structural equation model statistical method to analysis empirical the Huashan tourism destination tourist satisfaction empirical analysis, analysis the impact degree and its effects of tourist satisfaction factors on tourist satisfaction and combined with the characteristics of Huashan tourist attractions put forward to promote Huashan tourism destination competitiveness countermeasures and measures.
