The Correlation Study Between Intellectual Property Financing Capacity And Corporate Performance

With the progress of science and technology, the intellectual property is involved in every enterprise of every field and that take responsibility and share due right. In the long run, the enterprise which wants to survive development must rely on and use the intellectual property to encourage and protect themselves and improve his own ability to master and use the intellectual property. Intellectual property rights financing is a way to realize the value of the intellectual property rights, the company should strength the intellectual property management to improve the intellectual property financing ability. Intellectual property rights financing capability evaluation is a fundamental work of intellectual property rights management.This paper selects91information and technology listed company as sample, collected samples of the company2009-2010annual report and related reports published data on the intellectual property rights financing ability and company performance of the preliminary descriptive analysis, and then do an empirical study on the relationship between the intellectual property rights financing ability and company performance using the SPSS software, trying to find the correlation between them.The paper includes fiver parts:The first part is about an introduction to illustrate domestic and international economic background of the thesis topic selected,the significance of the topics,the contents of the paper literature review of the scholars,and the research methods; The second part describes the influence of the financing ability of intellectual property to corporate performance;The third part is about the theory and policy of the Intellectual property rights financing;The fourth part is about the empirical research, this part use analysis method to process the sample data of companies and eventually come to the conclusions of empirical analysis;The fifth part includes some helpful opinions and suggestions to the Intellectual property management.At present, the use of intellectual property pledge financing debt financing mode is still in the experimental stage, and intellectual property securitisation yet to start, intellectual property rights transfer, licensing and the rights and interests of the financing of small scale, the trust financing so far no case of success. Therefore, this paper in the content of innovation has certain significance. This paper in reference to intellectual property rights financing index, and on the basis of measuring the performance of selected enterprise index, constructing model, the empirical analysis the information technical enterprise intellectual property rights financing ability and the relations between the enterprise performance. According to the empirical results, and puts forward relevant policy suggestions.
