Study On Evaluation System Of Third Party Logistics Enterprise' Mode Of Operation

With the extension of economic globalization, the deepening of international division of labor, Logistics industry has become one of the most development potential of the industry in the 21st century. The development of logistics industry is paid more attention, and is constantly promoted in countries. It can be said that the competition in international logistics market, will be directly related to a country's position in the global industrial structure. China is an economic power in the world economy, and plays an important role. But the slow development of the logistics industry does not match the economic power of China. There are many reasons leading to the result, but the fundamental reason is that the mode of operation of third-party logistics enterprises is fuzzy, low-level, and lack of characteristic and competitiveness. This article focuses on the deep research of the operation mode of third-party logistics companies, through the establishing evaluation model. Based on the comprehensive evaluation research of the operation model of the third party logistics enterprise in Ningbo, we identified the problems existing in the operation mode of the third party logistics enterprises in China, and proposed improved and innovative ideas for the operation mode of the third party logistics enterprises.This article includes four parts. The first part introduces the background and significance of the study, and the research methods and ideas in the research process. The second part shows the theories about the operation mode of the third-party logistics and relevant enterprises. This part is the theoretical basis for this thesis, and provides a theoretical basis for the following practice study. The third chapter built the evaluation model of the operation mode of third party logistics, based on the modeling principle, using fuzzy AHP. The fourth chapter made empirical analysis on the operation mode of the representative third party logistics in Ningbo, based on modeling. The ultimate goal of this chapter is to identify the problems existing in the operation mode of the third party logistics in China. Then, according to the problems, the improved and innovative ideas and measures were proposed for the operation mode of the third party logistics.This article proposed the evaluation model of the operation mode of third party logistics enterprises. It is expected that this article can provide decision-making reference for the improvement and innovation of the operation mode of the third party logistics enterprises.
