The internal management system in Jiu Wang Medical Co. Ltd is not complete, lead to lacking talents and the existing staff into action lack of crisis consciousness, etc. The evaluation system of the KPI examination will be conducted for the middle management personnel, through in-depth enterprise survey and reading appraisal literature materials.First of all, the paper puts forward the human resources of the enterprise is the first resource, However, performance evaluation in China’s private enterprises present many problems on the process of practice, It is urgent to improve it. The current situation in Jiu Wang Medical Co. Ltd present that the index can’t carry strategy, assessment index is not science, assessment of the subject is in a single, examination cycle is not reasonable and evaluation result are not applied fully, and some other problems. On top of that, the strategic orientation make the organizational structure to be optimized and the job’s responsibilities are clear. Also rendering the BSC strategy map, finding out KRA,KSF and KSF accordingly.To establish the department’s index system, We have combined with the annual GS and screened the company KPI library, as well as considering the department functions added and cross-functional process requirements. In addition, also will establish the post level index system from the department’s index, the job’s behavior responsibility and additional previous index. This paper established various index with industry characteristic, set out standards of performance according to the annual business plans and budgets, peer objective standard and past experience data, thus forming the performance index for middle managers. The corresponding evaluation subject, evaluation cycle flow, the interview, result applied and a series of system was also applied accordingly. As well as building up the complete performance evaluation system. Finally, the author puts forward the high-level support, the inspection training, full participation, build performance culture and other security measures, and also predict the improvement of the plan implementation effect.The passage mainly talks about how the pharmaceutical circulation enterprise design a scientific and reasonable performance evaluation system of middle managers,and enhance enterprise’s internal operation capacity to cope with the fierce competition.It should be make use for reference to the enhancement of the completive ability for the enterprise.
