Performance management is the most important component in human resource management of enterprise.The middle level managers play a vital role between top managements and basic level operators within enterprises.The performance of this level employee has become the crucial factor in the success development of balk.Therefore,it is important to establish an effective management system of middle level management personnel,which is of great significance to achieving the overall goal in the enterprise.This study focuses on the middle management and analyzes their characteristics in terls of relativo theory of management.Meanwhile this study tries to establish a set of performance appraisal system suitable for the middle malagement based on the major and basic dual evaluation method of performance.The study introduces the ordinary methods of performance management at first.Then explains the general development situation,organizational structure,middle management personnel basic situation of JHSH,furthermore summarizes performance appraisal situation of the middle management personnel,and the problems existing in the performance appraisal in this bank are introduced.There are some disadvantages existed in personnel management for middle management,such as the setting of performance appraisal goals is biased,the performance appraisal indicators are relatively one-sided and focus on short-term effects,the performance appraisal methods are lack of scientificity and objectivity,and the performance appraisal communication feedback incentive mechanism is deficient.In view of these problems.this paper focuses on optimizing the performance appraisal index system,uses the major and basic dual evaluation method to redesign the performance appraisal index of JHSH middle managers,makes weight adjustment by AHP method,describes the appraisal standard.Finally,according to the problems that may be encountered in the implementation process of the new program,this study puts forward the guarantee of the performance system of JHSH from the aspects of setting up appraisal sector,forming enterprise culture,promoting training and technology system etc.
