Research On The Institutional Barriers And Innovation Of Farmers’ Property Income Growth In Anhui Province

Anhui province is a traditional agricultural province, and the agriculture populationoccupied most."Agriculture, countryside and farmers" is the core development problems inAnhui province, while the problem of the income of the peasants is exactly the fundamentalproblem. Only the peasants getting rich can we promote the comprehensive construction ofthe great goal of well-off society. But, for a decade or so, in our province, farmers’ income isbelow the average level of the national farmers’ income level, and even has not reached thenational average level. The task is hard, and it still has a long way to go. As property incomein the farmer income proportion has been rising, creating conditions so that more farmersown property income has become part of the government work report, and property incomehas also become a new spotlight of farmers’ income. This paper takes the farmers’ propertyincome as the research direction and especially farmers’ income from property in Anhuiprovince as the main research object, analyzing the Anhui farmers’ property income growthsystem obstacles, in order to find the factors that affect the growth of farmers’ income fromproperty barriers. After finding and analyzing the reasons, the paper is to give some adviceand system innovation.This paper first chapter is preface, with strong practical significance, which is toexpound the purposes and significance of the article. The other is the domestic and foreignresearch review evaluation, consisting of present research situation and evaluation bothhome and abroad; I mainly study property income from the point of view of system, and thestarting point is the system obstacles and innovation. In the third chapter of the paper, itexplains the concept and the composition of property income of the peasants, and alsosimple expounds the characteristics of the property income and its economic function.The fourth chapter is key part of the paper,and it discussed rural residents’ incomeand property income in Anhui. Through the elaboration, it found the gap between the urbanand rural income of the property income of the residents. In the fifth chapter the paperanalyzed the farmers’ property income problems existing in the system, mainly from theaspects of relevant laws and regulations and land, houses, and finance.After finding out the problem, I tried to give the methods to solve the problems, andmainly from three aspects of innovation system paths. With Anhui "the12thfive-yearresidents’ earnings multiply plan" and the implementation, this paper show greatsignificance. Of course this research also has some deficiencies, which needs innovatingduring the study.
