Study On SMES’ Technology Innovation In Anhui Province

With the development of China’s political,economic and market environment, small and medium enterprises in the country plays an increasingly important role in the contribution to the national economy is also growing. In this environment,small and medium enterprises in Anhui Province in the number and size have greatly improved. But in the process of rapid development of small and medium enterprises in Anhui Province, there are many problems, such as low-output efficiency of enterprises,enterprises lack the core competitiveness,the external service system is not perfect,these issues are of Anhui SMEs to survive and develop necessary solved. Technological innovation has become a common method to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises, adding to the vitality of enterprises through innovation,but also an effective means,the study of technological innovation in small and medium enterprises on how to enhance economic efficiency and to achieve sustainable development of great significance.This article is based on field research to collect relevant data SME’s technology innovation information,sorting through the questionnaire data,the use of statistical methods of measurement,analysis of the situation of SMEs technological innovation in Anhui Province, Anhui Province SMEs technological innovation efficiency evaluation and analysis of the results make relevant comments. The empirical results show that factors in SMEs technology innovation in Anhui Province, the output rate of new products, the number of executives in the background art proportion and the proportion of skilled technical personnel patents per capita amount, the overall contribution of these three variables is relatively high and this result is also more consistent with the research interviews, besides the conversion efficiency of technological innovation is the key, which are SMEs to carry out technological innovation concerns.This paper is divided into a total of five parts,the first chapter introduces the writing background,purpose and meaning,while combing the case of Chinese and foreign scholars on the study of technological innovation. The second chapter defines SMEs compared explained, finishing the relevant theoretical knowledge of technological innovation. The third chapter by understanding the overall technological level of Anhui Province,by contrast with the province of Jiangsu,Zhejiang,Anhui Province found deficiencies and problems existing in the development of SMEs, analyzes the possible factors that limit the development of SMEs in Anhui. The fourth chapter,finishing the questionnaire survey data,analysis questionnaire emerging issues,and the use of metrology software for empirical analysis. Chapter V of the questionnaire based on empirical results,given the development of SMEs in Anhui recommendations.
