Study On China’s Listed Construction Companies Production Efficiency Based On DEA And Malmquist

Construction industry is one of pillar industries for China’s economic development, itsdevelopment affects the social economy, energy and environment, and other fields, which isthe important force to promote our country to the construction of urbanization. Our countryconstruction enterprise in recent years developed speedy, the enterprise operating revenue andprofit increasing, but this phenomenon can’t hide the unbalance of building enterpriseproduction efficiency and decreasing of profit. The presence of these phenomena affects thebuilding enterprise production efficiency increasing, healthy and stable development.This article analyses our country building listing Corporation production efficiencythrough the DEA and Malmquist manufacturing index law, build company productionefficiency evaluation index which focused on inputs and outputs, with the establishment ofthe construction listing Corporation production efficiency analysis system and classification,China’s construction industry listing Corporation positive analysis on efficiency indicationsystem.The research object is divided into state-owned enterprises and private enterprises,and make a comparative analysis of the production efficiency from different angles by thedata of2007-2011years of listing Corporation annual report, concluded suggestions aboutinnovation construction technology methods, improvement the efficiency of constructiontechnology, the development of construction scale efficiency and so on.Finally the thesis makes a summary. Overall, the development of China’s constructionlisted enterprise production efficiency is not balance, the production efficiency of state-ownedenterprise is much more weak than private enterprises, Jintanglang’s production efficiency isthe highest in all enterprise on study. And this enterprise can be used for benchmarkingenterprise for other enterprises to learn.
