Between the enterprise and even nationaltechnical competition became pretechnology competition.Industrial generictechnology as a technology which can be widely used in many industries or fields，and the application and diffusion of this technology will effect one or more industryand enterprise produces, became more and more attented.Industrial generic technology has wide application and large influencement，It’scan apply and diffuse in more than one industries，It’s also can play great role inimproving the capability of independent innovation，But because of lacking maindevelopment body of general technology，The development of general charactertechnology depends on the right choice of development, both in industry andacademia are lack of systematic research and experience on development of generictechnology, so there is no relevant standards on the development of industrial generictechnology platform to make a evaluation. This paper makes innovation ability sa theperspective,with the industrial generic technology development platform evaluation asthe objection, according to some research results of generic technology development,to establish of the index system of innovation capacity, make a evaluation on thedevelopment of general character technology platform, aim to improve the innovationability of industrial generic technology development platform.
