Research Of The Relationship Between Enterprise Technical Innovative And Resource Integration Based On Social Networks Perspective

Now enterprise’s competition environment is growing more and morerigorous, in order to cope with competition from both at home and abroad, It isurgent for enterprises to build high quality social network, in order to realizeresources complementary advantages. Social network play an important role ofenterprise resource integration and technology innovation performance. Throughits own network structure, enterprises set up a shortcut to access multitudinousresources, to promote enterprise innovation process.But the existing literature on social networking, which related research forresource integration and enterprise technology innovation performance, most ofthem only considering the influence of the relationship between two variables, Has not yet formed a whole framework. This paper draws on prior to the maintheories and research methods, intends to divide the social network into fiveaspects：network density、network strength、the degree of reciprocity、not repeatdegree and the network centricity, discusses the relationship of social network、resource integration and technology innovation, puts forward the relevanthypothesis.At last,In this article, we make a series of investigation of tai yuan areathrough the form of the questionnaire for enterprise, and make use of statisticalsoftware to inspection the data and carry out the consequence. at last through thestructural equation make out the model between the variables and the pathcoefficient between variables, which is the basis of the relevant conclusions andsuggestions. This paper argues that the social network has a positive correlationto resource integration; resource integration has a positive correlation toenterprise technology innovation; network density, non repetitive of networkand network centricity have positive correlation to enterprise technologyinnovation performance; resource integration as an intermediary role betweenthese three factors. On this basis, this paper puts forward the enterprises should strengthen the construction of social network and improve its own resourcesintegration ability.
