Through literature review of international entrepreneurship and case study, thispaper discover that learning orientation have critical effects on the setup anddevelopment of international new ventures. Therefore, the study bases on theorganizational learning theory, resource based theory, international entrepreneurshipmanagement theory and entrepreneurial network theory, builds the conceptual modelof learning orientation, international experience of startups, entrepreneurialorientation, knowledge resource management, entrepreneurial network and firmperformance.In begin with, the paper take review for the theoretic source of learningorientation, the classic model of learning orientation, the relationship betweenlearning orientation and international new ventures performance and the effect oflearning orientation on knowledge resource management. Then, abstract factors forthe study on the basis of theoretical above, and straighten out logistic relationship offactors. Moreover, make definition and dimensionality for Variables. Thirdly, base onthe Theoretical deduction and empirical analysis, building the conceptual model oflearning orientation, knowledge resource management and firm performance, andexamine the mediate effects of entrepreneurial network on the relationship betweenlearning orientation and knowledge resource management, explore the leading role ofentrepreneurial orientation and startups’ international experience on learningorientation, analyze the influence of startups’ international experience toentrepreneurial orientation. Finally, put forward the14hypothesis. Then, do empiricalanalysis to investigation data of103international new ventures’ questionnaires. In theend, discuss the result of the14hypothesis, and take comprehensive discussion byunifying the empirical analysis, puts forward following direction for further research.Through construing the database of one hundred international new ventures, theresults show that startups’ international experience is positively related to learningcommitment. Startups’ international experience is positively related to openmindedness. Startups’ international experience is positively related to share vision.Entrepreneurial orientation is positively related to learning to commitment. Entrepreneurial orientation is positively related to open mindedness. Entrepreneurialorientation is positively related to share vision. Learning to commitment is positivelyrelated to knowledge resource management. Open mindedness is positively related toknowledge resource management. Shared vision is positively related to knowledgeresource management. Startups’ international experience is positively related toentrepreneurial orientation. Knowledge resource management is positively related tothe performance of international new ventures. The theoretic model is well examinedwhich argue that learning orientation of international new ventures have the hastenedaffect to knowledge resource management, and then promote firm performance.Throughout the whole research process, the study has three creations in theoryand practice, including that core element is learning orientation, building theconceptual model of learning orientation and international new ventures performance,the second one explore what factors effect the learning orientation, and determine theleading variables which are startups’ international experience and entrepreneurialorientation. The last one systematically analyzes the influence mechanism of learningorientation and knowledge resource management.
