High technological, high creative as it is, small and micro-sized high-tech enterpriseshave variety management systems and could adapt the changeful market, which is akey-point in the development of a city, even the whole country. Small and micro-sizedhigh-tech enterprises are the rudimentary stage of large high-tech enterprises in the future.They have exclusive capacities of innovatory, which could propel forward thetechnological development of the society. Under the two tendencies of knowledgeableeconomy and globality of economy, small and micro-sized high-tech enterprises, whichcould accelerate the development and outcome of high-tech research, have appeared anddeveloped rapidly in a lot of countries.However, the growth situation of those in China, isanxious and little research is on them. Therefore it make great sense to research on thegrowth evaluation of small and micro-sized high-tech enterprises.Firstly, a series theory is put forward to point out the importance of growth of enterprise.Then by introducing the situation and characteristics, the growth of enterprise will beanalyzed systematically from the enterprise itself and outer environment, which will lead tothe problems of current situation of small and micro-sized high-tech enterprises.Knowing the research status, based on the theories, the growth of enterprise is presentedby creating an index system of five indexes on the two aspects of growth and durative. Thenthe system is analyzed by DEA，DEA is a non-parametric assessment methods, the main useof mathematical programming model to evaluate the relative effectiveness between multipleinput multiple output department or unit, by this method to configure a reasonable degree ofscientific and technological personnel of small and micro enterprises, degree of advancedtechnology, the advanced nature of the extent of the empirical analysis and evaluation, tosort of come to the screening of the32companies, and thus provide a reference for therational allocation of resources.Finally, this paper analyzes the practical problems faced by the enterprises, makes somespecific empirical analysis in the process of growth, and gives some countermeasures andsuggestions to enhance the development of small and micro-sized high-tech enterprises.
