The Research On The Growth Mechnism Of Small And Micro Enterprises In Shanxi Province From The Perspective Of Collabrotive Innovation

The eighteenth Party Congress stressed the need to vigorously support the development of technology-based Small and micro businesses,it is the leading practitioners and explorers in our country,plays a very important role in China's economic and social development.But its lack of innovative resources,such as personnel,capital,technology,information,etc.Individual innovation ability is relatively weak.Collaborative innovation as the main form of social and economic development is the best way to promote the development of small and micro enterprises.Technology-based small and micro enterprises plays a very critical role to break through the constraints of resources,to achieve sustainable development.Plays a very important role in the process of enterprise innovation resources in enterprise development,it is the key factor of enterprise growth,and what kind of relationship between resources,innovation and enterprise growth,scholars have not made a clear definition.In this paper,based on the research and analysis of the relevant literature,this paper makes an empirical study on the relationship between collaborative innovation and sustainable growth of enterprises through the questionnaire survey of small and micro enterprises in Shanxi province.This article is based on the I-P-O model,starting from the perspective of cooperative innovation,studies technology-based small micro enterprises in Shanxi Province.This thesis mainly is divided into six parts,the first part introduces the selected topic background and significance,and introduced the main research content of this article.The second part of literature review part of the relevant theory,mainly for articles involved in the relevant theory of carding and expounds systematically.First to define the concept of technology-based small micro enterprise,secondly introduces the characteristics of technology-based small micro enterprise life cycle theory,finally,the relationship between the enterprise collaborative innovation and growth in this paper,empirical research laid the theoretical foundation to the later in this article.The third part mainly aimed at the status quo of technology-based small micro enterprises in Shanxi Province are analyzed.Fourth and fifth part,through tothe questionnaire survey to 200 technology-based small micro enterprises in Shanxi Province,through research,science and technology in Shanxi Province small micro enterprise core resources for collaborative innovation,technology innovation,market innovation and management innovation)have the effect of positive influence;Technology-based small micro enterprise cooperative innovation in Shanxi Province have the effect of positive influence on enterprise growth;Technology-based small micro enterprise core resources have the effect of positive influence on enterprise growth;The collaborative innovation in science and technology small micro enterprise core resources,enterprise have complete mediation effect of growing up.The sixth to the empirical test results are discussed,put forward to promote the development of technology-based small micro enterprise fast growth of Shanxi Province countermeasures and Suggestions.In this paper,the introduction of collaborative innovation intermediary role in scientific practice,on the basis of survey data,using statistical analysis method to analyze the data.Through empirical approach to explore the enterprise growth theory,summarizes the enterprise growth model,in Shanxi Province science and technology breakthrough in the growth of small micro enterprise resources and capacity constraints,which provides theoretical guidance and practical reference.
