At present, China’s property management industry is still in the stage of developmentand increasing competition in the market. High-quality property management personnel inthe current market supply is seriously insufficient, the industry overall quality of humanresources is not high, human resources training effectively became human resources toimprove industry structure, promote the sustainable development of the industry key. Basedon the summary of property management industry development situation and thecharacteristics of the human resources, using the related theory of the human resourcestraining to analyze current situation of property management enterprise training in ourcountry, found that the property management industry in our country there is biggishdifference level of human resources training, there are internal training mechanism is notsound, link theory with practice, the lack of certain regulation and to focus on training and soon.This study focused on the property management company staff training system, theoptimization of diagnosis and choice of property company on behalf of L company as anexample, to carry out specific analysis. First of all, on the basis of literature review, analysisrelated research about an employee’s training system; Secondly, through the L propertymanagement company’s basic situation and staff training system, the system analysis of theemployee training system of researches on the problems and reasons existing; Again, on thebasis of above study, clarify the L property management company employee training systemoptimization design of the overall train of thought; Finally, combined with relevant theoryand advanced experience in property management company, design the L propertymanagement company’s new employee training system, and guide enterprise practice.Research conclusion is that in the L property management company as a case analysisof the current situation of the training system, found that the company’s main trainingdemand analysis implementation does not reach the designated position, curriculum system,training implementation, training effect evaluation lack of monitoring training become amere formality and the absence of incentives. To solve these problems, this paper argues thatthe company should be to achieve the business objectives, good staff training, improve thelevel of company management operation, and transfer as the goal, the corporate culture with strategic, systematic, dynamic and applicability for the principle, in accordance with thetraining needs analysis, training plan, implement training activities and training effectevaluation standard process, to build the training system model of L company. Through thestudy of this article, in the hope that the design scheme of training system to the propertymanagement industry provide some references for human resources training practices, futureresearch should be in large sample empirical research and case analysis to explore more.
