Along with the unceasing prosperity of market economy and the development of human resources development and management, company training has become more and more important in the talent competition. Because the change of company personnel structure, different comprehensive ability, knowledge demand becoming diversification and frontend, especially the requirements for the application of new technology and the new mechanism, the old training mode is no longer adapted to new demands of G refinery. To solve these problems, the human resources department of G made a series of reasonable training plan to deal with and made great age, but with the development of company and fine management needs, it still not meets the demand of existing structure. Through a series of training, research, exploration and innovation of scientific training system, it will be of important significance for the development of the company.This paper combines the theory of human capital, training mode, training system and training effect evaluation and so on, starting from staff structure, staffing requirements of the G and combing with the management of training at home and abroad, obtains the effective experience from the well-known domestic and foreign enterprises staff training system, and then as the basis of the actual condition of the company scientific study, and analysis, conducts company’s employee training system optimization design from the choice of training model, training needs analysis, training plan, implementation control of training activities and training effect evaluation five aspects. And the paper puts forward the relevant security measures to promote the smooth implementation of the new system. This provides the reference for the other domestic refining company in human resource strategic transformation.
