With the development of the globalization, the competition of the environment is becoming more and more strengthened. However, no matter the mature enterprises or the small and medium-sized enterprises which are in the initial stage, they will inevitably encounter the problems of how to establish and develop their competitive advantages. After all, for the contemporary enterprises, only having the competitive advantages which can not be copied and imitated by competitors can the enterprise ensure its sustainable development. Based on this premise, in 1980s, the academic circles put forward the theory of corporate entrepreneurship. As the process and form of the realization of the enterprises’ sustainable competitive advantages, the researches of corporate entrepreneurship have got some achievements in these years, most scholars would like to regard corporate entrepreneurship as the measures to realize value innovation and competitiveness.In the past as well as the current researches, most scholars tend to link corporate entrepreneurship with the company’s business and organizational performance, and studying the relationship between the two sides, or discussing the various factors that affecting corporate entrepreneurship. Based on these preconditions, this thesis introduces the theory of dynamic capability in studying the relationship between organizational context factors and corporate entrepreneurship. The theory of dynamic capability is developed in recent years. One of the common grounds with corporate entrepreneurship is that they are all the important sources of enterprises’competitive advantage. Based on these previous researches, this thesis mainly analyzes the impacts of organizational context factors and dynamic capabilities to corporate entrepreneurship.The sample size of this study includes 67 enterprises, through the issuance of questionnaires to collect data and using SPSS software to analyze the interaction between the different variables, so as to provide some reasonable suggestions and countermeasures for the enterprise of how to improve enterprises’dynamic capabilities and how to launch their entrepreneurial activities.Through the empirical research, the results of this thesis show that the superior support and innovation-oriented organizational culture have significant impacts on entrepreneurial orientation and entrepreneurial behavior. Dynamic capabilities and its three dimensions, including opportunity identification capability, resource integration capability and organizational learning capability, they all have different degrees of impacts on entrepreneurial orientation and entrepreneurial behavior. In addition, dynamic capabilities and its three-dimensional degree have also played the different intermediary roles among the relationship between superior support and innovation-oriented organizational culture with entrepreneurial orientation and entrepreneurial behavior. And the conclusion also shows that entrepreneurial orientation has a correlation effect to entrepreneurial behavior, and it also could be influenced by organizational context factors and dynamic capabilities.
