Over the years China’s economic growth relies on the consumption of large quantities ofresources, scored a benign growth in the economy at the same time, the resources ofover-consumption, serious damage to the environment and other issues also become lingeringproblems attendant with the problemhighlights China’s energy-environmental issues areincreasingly significant. Logistics as a representative of the emerging industry, as a new profitgrowth point, same with the rapid development of the economy at the same time there is theproblem of high energy consumption and high environmental emissions. Shanxi Province as themiddle and even the national resource energy province, with the steady growth of the socialeconomy, Shanxi Province, the logistics industry is also growing steadily, the problem of highenergy consumption, high pollution Similarly we need to analyze the study, seeking the greendevelopment of the logistics industry to become the future the only way for the logistics industry. Therefore, from the perspective of energy and environment to explore the green development of thelogistics industry has a certain practical significance.LEAP model relying on, rely on SPSS statistical software, MOBILE software and automotivefuel consumption microscopic model on the basis of data simulation, simulation analysis results indifferent contexts in different contexts by constructing a model and transport, logistics center anddistribution sector, the results showed that both reduce energy consumption and environmentalemissions under different development scenarios. Finally, based on the above analysis results inShanxi green logistics development put forward corresponding countermeasures.
